How Sonarlink works
Plain notes on where the numbers come from, what they mean and what the site does not do.
What this is
Sonarlink is a board of tokenized real-world assets: tokens that represent gold, treasury bills, money market funds, shares, ETFs, property, private credit and collectibles. It groups them on shelves, prices them from public feeds and links to the contract on every chain the feed knows.
It is a reading tool. It has no accounts, holds no funds and sends no transactions.
Sources and refresh
| Data | Source | Refresh |
|---|---|---|
| Shelf membership | CoinGecko public API, category endpoints | Recorded at build, refreshed every 6 hours per category |
| Price, 24h, 7d, 30d, market cap, volume, 7 day path | CoinGecko public API, markets endpoint | Every 2 minutes, last good capture kept up to 24 hours |
| Asset page details and contracts | CoinGecko public API, coin endpoint | Every 10 minutes |
| Chart candles, line and volume | CoinGecko public API, OHLC and market chart endpoints | Every 2 minutes for 1D, every 5 minutes for longer ranges |
| Chains per listing | CoinGecko public API, coin list with platforms | Recorded at build, refreshed every 6 hours |
| Robinhood Chain pools | GeckoTerminal public API | Every 90 seconds |
Every number on the site carries a data as of time in UTC. When a feed fails, the last good capture is shown and marked Cached. When there is no capture, the value is a dash. A dash is never turned into a zero.
Shelves
Each shelf is a fixed list of CoinGecko categories. Order inside a shelf is by market cap.
| Shelf | Categories read |
|---|---|
| Treasuries & cash | tokenized-money-market-fund-mmfs, tokenized-non-us-government-securities |
| Gold & metals | tokenized-gold, tokenized-commodities |
| ETFs & indices | tokenized-exchange-traded-funds-etfs |
| Stocks | xstocks-ecosystem, robinhood-chain-stocks-ecosystem, tokenized-pre-ipo-stocks |
| Real estate | real-estate |
| Private credit | tokenized-private-credit |
| Art, music & collectibles | collectibles, art, music |
Up to 80 tokens per category are kept, by market cap. A token that sits in two categories appears once, on the first shelf that claims it.
What a listing means
- The feed files the token under that category. Sonarlink does not add tokens by hand and does not remove tokens from a shelf.
- Nothing about the token has been checked by Sonarlink: not the reserves, not the issuer, not the legal wrapper, not the contract code.
- Names like "gold" or "treasuries" describe the category, not a guarantee that the token is backed.
Read the issuer, the reserve reports and the contract before you trade. The asset page links to the issuer site and explorers to make that faster.
Not on the site yet
- No swap or buy button. Trading happens on the venue you choose with your own wallet.
- No yields. Money market and treasury tokens pay through their own mechanics; Sonarlink shows price, not yield.
- No portfolio, watchlist or alerts.
- No public code repository yet.
The token
The ticker is $SONARLINK on Robinhood Chain (chain id 0x1237), launched through Pons V2. The contract address below is the only one, shown in the bar, in the footer and here on sonarlink.world. An address that does not match all three is not ours.

What the token does today
- Buyback and burn. The dev buys $SONARLINK from the pool and sends it to a burn address. Every burn is listed on the token page only after the server has read the transaction receipt and found the transfer to a burn address. Supply, burned amount and the amount left are read from the chain at one block.
- Holder features. Connect a wallet on the token page (read only, nothing is signed). Any wallet holding $SONARLINK unlocks Compare in the chart studio (up to four assets on one chart, normalised to percent) and CSV export on the markets board.
What it does not do
- No yield, no revenue share, no governance, no fee discount. If any of that is ever added it will be written here first.
- Sonarlink never holds your tokens and never asks you to sign anything.
Changelog
- Token page added: live market and supply readout, verified buyback and burn ledger, read only wallet link. Holders unlock Compare in the studio and CSV export on the markets board.
- Contract address published: 0x291e9d334e8a46c1e7385fbac52facf9261c3440. It is shown in the bar, the footer and the docs.
- Ticker announced as $SONARLINK and the site moved to its official domain, sonarlink.world. No contract address yet.
- Markets became a full-width board with a shelf and chain rail, a chain filter (Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Robinhood Chain and more, from the feed's platform list), a Chains column, and live movers, largest listings and Robinhood Chain pools on the right.
- Asset pages became a full-width chart studio: candles from the OHLC feed, line and volume from the market chart feed, 1D to 1Y ranges, crosshair readout, and the rest of the shelf under the chart.
- First build: seven shelves from 13 CoinGecko categories (372 listings recorded), markets board with search, shelf filter and sort, asset pages with contracts per chain, the $100 block, Robinhood Chain pools, and the sonar flight on the home page.
